UNEXPECTED is a 10 day art culture and street art event taking place in downtown Fort Smith, Arkansas. Here’s one of our favorite artwork created by Highly talented and colourful street artist Okuda San Miguel. He transformed an abandoned house into an “Universal Chapel”.
