Flesh Love Returns Series by Photographer Hal

Tokyo-based artist Photographer Hal has created a new series titled “Flesh Love Returns” featuring vacuum sealed couples. Each couple can only be left inside the sealed bag for 10 seconds, as air is extremely limited, and oxygen is shared by the two people inside. Because the couple cannot breathe in the bag, the vacuum-packed state can only be kept for several seconds.

Bathtubs, couples, love and challenge are strong themes throughout this artist’s work with other key elements including individuality, style, communication and intimacy. Check out his other works on his website.
