Mural with 1700 Cardboard Boxes for Mayr-Melnhof

Visually stunning and big cardboard on wood mural created by Gerlinde Gruber and Christine Strempel for the packaging design company Mayr-Melnhof, showcasing over 1700 packages from their clients.

The basic construction, 12 boards 200 x 133 cm, fades for the eyes of the viewer under this colourful cardboard city, which is also a stage for its actors: King Kong and Godzilla. This 8 x 4 m big mural was exhibited for the first time on the MMP stand at the fair Interpack 2014 in Düsseldorf, Germany.
