The Goat Payoya

Category: Featured, Inspiration -

Payoya Goat is one of five Spanish goat breeds originating in the Sierra de Grazalema and Serrania de Ronda, whose flagship product is the Payoyo Cheese, which is recognized in the catalog of traditional cheeses of Spain and the European Union. So, Cadiz Provincial Council has created this interaction by using the goat as sculpture and invited 6 different artists to show their creativity.

Designers Raúl Gómez And Raquel Jove had tattooed the goat with Posca pens and draw cool food illustrations to show the relationship between gastronomy and contemporary art in a sympathetic way. The result is below. Enjoy. To learn more about the project visit here.
