Paper Rebirth by Zim And Zou
The French NGO Ecofolio, who works to show the benefits of recycling, asked the agency June21 to promote this idea in a national print campaign. In addition to this, the creatives have planned a teasing campaign divided into two parts.
The first part consisted in encouraging passers-by to dispose their waste papers in a unique billboard placed in front of the Opera Garnier in Paris. Then, they asked Zim And Zou to create a sculpture made out of recycled papers to replace the wasted ones. So they thought that the Phoenix would be a perfect mythological animal to symbolize that paper can have up to 5 lives thanks to recycling. See video below to watch both parts. Billboard Text in English: “All papers can be recycled. Here’s the proof.”
