LANDED - House from the Sky by Ian Strange

Ian Strange is an Australian born visual artist - currently based in Brooklyn, New York. LANDED is his new site specific sculptural work commissioned for the 2014 Biennial of Australian Art. Positioned on the forecourt of the Art Gallery of South Australia. It is the structural recreation of the artist’s own 1920’s suburban-style home in Australia - fallen from the sky, the all-matte-black mass breaking the surface of the ground it sits on.
